Jeffrey A. Stone, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Information Sciences and Technology (IST) at Penn State University, Lehigh Valley Campus. Dr. Stone has his Ph.D. in Public Administration from Penn State University, B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from Shippensburg University, and an A.S. in Math/Computer Science from Harrisburg Area Community College. His research interests focus on the use of social media by public sector agencies and actors; gaming identity; and CS/IS pedagogy.
